🔁 Returns
You can return your order within 14 days of receiving it, as long as:
- Items are unused, unopened, and in original packaging
- Products are in a resalable condition
⚠️ Please note: We do not accept returns on perishable items such as food and drink unless they are faulty or damaged.

- Your order number
- The item(s) you wish to return
- Reason for return
We will guide you through the process and provide the return address.
💰 Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5–7 working days.
❗Shipping fees are non-refundable unless the item was damaged or faulty.
🚚 Return Shipping
Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility unless the item is faulty or incorrect.
We recommend using a trackable shipping service and keeping your proof of postage.
❗Damaged, Incorrect or Faulty Items
If you receive an item that is damaged, incorrect, or faulty, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery.

- Your order number
- Clear photos of the item and packaging
- A brief description of the issue
We will offer a replacement, refund, or store credit, depending on the situation.
