All orders are shipped from our UK warehouse located at: 103B High Street, Syston, Leicester, LE7 1GQ

- Standard Delivery (2–3 working days): £2.99 flat rate - Free Delivery on Orders Over £35.00 - We aim to dispatch all orders within 24 hours of purchase (excluding weekends and public holidays) - Delivery is via DPD, APC, or Royal Mail, depending on your location and order size.

🇪🇺 EU Shipping

- We offer tracked delivery to most EU countries - Shipping rates vary by country and weight and will be calculated at checkout - Orders are typically delivered within 5–10 working days - Please be aware: Customs duties and taxes may apply and are the responsibility of the recipient

🌍 International Shipping (Outside the EU)

- We ship to select international destinations using trusted couriers, including DHL - Shipping rates and times depend on destination — estimated at 7–14 working days - Duties, taxes, and customs fees are not included in our prices and must be paid by the recipient upon delivery

📦 Order Processing Time

- Orders placed Monday to Friday are typically dispatched within 1 business day - Orders placed after 2pm on Friday or during the weekend will be dispatched the next working day - You’ll receive a tracking link via email once your order has been shipped

Delivery Issues & Delays

🏠 Missed Deliveries or Incomplete Address
